These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Apexpath Consulting LLC’s coaching programs and services. By enrolling, you agree to the terms outlined below and in your signed Service Agreement.
1. Coaching Services
We provide personal and business coaching, financial literacy education, and strategies for personal and professional development. We are not licensed financial advisors, CPAs, or legal professionals.
2. Program Access & Participation
- Services begin immediately upon enrollment and access to any on boarding materials.
- Client agrees to actively participate and communicate to maximize the benefits of the program.
3. Payments
- All payments are due upfront unless otherwise specified in a signed agreement.
- Payments may be processed via Apexpath Consulting LLC or affiliated entities.
- The Client waives the right to dispute which entity processes the transaction as long as services are delivered per the agreement.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
4. Refund Policy
- Clients may cancel within 3 days of signing agreement for a full refund prior to downloading or receiving any course or training material.
- After the cancellation period or once any service (on boarding, portal access, coaching session) is rendered, all payments are final and non-refundable.
- Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks; legal action may be pursued if chargebacks occur.
5. Cancellation Procedure
